Reel Making Challenge - General Rules & Guidelines
Eligibility

Open to all HSC(class XI and XII) and College students of Kanyakumari District only.

Each team may consist of a single member or up to 5 members and there is no registration fee.

Participants must produce original College/Students ID cards once results are announced or at any time demanded by BSNL.
Format & Submission

Vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio)
-
File type: MP4 or direct Instagram link
-
Teams must register themselves through the registration form in this website
-
Reel must be submitted before the deadline- 11th October 2025
-
Reel must be uploaded to Whatsapp by scanning the QR code given in Registration page
Judging Criteria
-
Creativity & Originality, Relevance to theme,Clarity of message,Editing, Transitions, and Technical quality

Winners will be decided by a panel of judges whose decision will be final

Original content only—no plagiarism or copying

No offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language, gestures or visuals

Reel length is 30 seconds to 60 seconds

Use royalty-free or Instagram’s in-app music/audio.

If you use your own music/voice, it must not violate copyright

The Reel videos should not violate Copyright as the reel will be used by BSNL in social media

All reel which are shortlisted for awards will thought to be the sole property of BSNL

Reel must be kept private. If found in public domain it will not be accepted

Winners decided by judges/likes or a combination.
